Hi! I'm Lauren LaSalle,

and I'm a Self-Care & Empowerment Coach for HSPs. My mission is to empower highly sensitive people to take care of their needs and well-being, have a deeper, more compassionate understanding of themselves, and accept themselves for who they are. Creating a mini-course about self-acceptance is a no-brainer since so many HSPs, myself included, spend way too much of our lives feeling "weird" or like something's "wrong" with us. It can be difficult to accept yourself and be compassionate toward yourself in a society that isn't set up for you. I'm here to tell you that it IS possible-- I'm proof of that, and I've worked with many HSPs who have come to love and accept themselves during our time together.
