Hi! I'm Lauren LaSalle.

I want to let you know that I see you! This used to be me. I felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and wondered why I couldn't seem to do what "everyone else" could. Why couldn't I work full time without constantly getting sick? Why did my social stamina run out so quickly? I was always there for others and was left feeling drained and resentful. I knew that I needed to make some changes. Over the past several years I have done some serious self-reflection, learned to set boundaries to protect my time and energy, and figured out how to take care of myself to feel more energized, balanced, and fulfilled.​ The self-work I've done has lead to self-acceptance, the ability to say "no," the ability to speak to myself in a compassionate manner, and so much more. ​And I've helped many clients over the years do this as well!
